Intex launched affordable 4G phone Aqua E4 at Rs.3333/-

The Indian mobile manufacturing companies are working hard to tap in the ongoing 4G price war between telecom companies. The sale of 4G phones has increased by almost 3 times in last two months. This is a known fact that most of the Indian users cannot afford high-end smartphones which have 4G connectivity. Companies like Reliance Lyf and Intex understand this problem, and they are coming with very affordable handsets.

Intex has recently launched Aqua E4 in the market. The phone is one of the cheapest 4G phones available in the market. Priced at just Rs.3333/- it has decent innards. The phone is available in online and offline retail stores.

Features of Intex Aqua E4

Display

The phone features a 4-inch TFT touchscreen display with SD resolution (800 x 480 pixels). The screen-to-body ratio is 57.17 percent. The display gives the pixel density of approx 233 ppi. It supports 2 finger multi-touch.

Processor and memory

The phone comes with 32-bit MediaTex MT6735M chipset coupled with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.0 GHz. It also packs 450 MHz ARM Mali-T720 MP1 GPU for better graphics. The phone comes with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage out of which only 5.4 GB is available for the user. Rest of the space is consumed by the OS and the Apps. You can increase the internal storage capacity to 32 GB via microSD card.

Camera specifications

In such affordable phones, it is not wise to expect a lot on the camera front. The phone packs 2 MP rear and 2 MP front camera. The rear camera can shoot photos at the maximum resolution of 1600×1200 pixels and comes with Dual LED flash module for low light photography. The connectivity is the main USP of the phone. It is a 4G enabled phone in the affordable price range which makes it one of the best choices for low-income houses. The phone can support two SIM cards, and in each slot, a micro SIM can be accommodated. It can connect to 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE bands. The phone also packs other features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It can also be used as a hotspot for sharing internet connection. It comes with 3.5mm audio jack with FM radio. The phone uses microUSB 2.0 for wired connectivity.

Other features

It runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow. The dimensions of the phone are 124.1mm x 64.2mm x 9.8mm, and it weighs 136 grams. The phone comes with Li-ion 1800 mAh battery. It can give up to 10 hours of talk time on GSM and 6 hours of talk time on LTE network. On the GSM network, the standby time is 250 hours while on LTE network it is 200 hours.

The phone comes with apps like Emergency Rescue, Youtube, File Manager, Matrabhasha, FOTA, Intex Services, Dailyhunt, Newspoint, Saavn, Opera Mini, Oxigen Wallet and Lfty. Battery, Screen Guard, Protection Cover, User Manual, Adapter, USB Cable and Earphones along with the handset in the box. It is available in Champagne and Grey color options.
