Lenovo is a Chinese electronics manufacturing company that was founded in 1984. The company has been an active player in the computer market. It entered smartphone market in 2011 and acquired Motorola Mobility from Google in 2014. It also owns a sub-brand Zuk which launches its own smartphone range.
In the month of September, the company launched K6 Note in Chinese market along with K6 and K6 power. The Lenovo K6 power entered the Indian market on November 29th and finally the K6 Note is also coming on 14th December. The K6 note has better innards in comparison to the other two handsets in the series. The phone will have the MRP of slightly higher than Rs.10000/-. The phone will be available in Dark Grey, Gold, and Silver color options.

Design and display
The phone sports a full metal unibody design. It has power and volume buttons on the right side. The phone features 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with full HD resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels. It gives the pixel density of 401 ppi.
Processor and memory
The phone packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with the octa-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. Lenovo K6 Note also packs Adreno 505 GPU for better graphics and gaming experience. The phone is available in China in two variants based on RAM, but it may get launched in India in only 3 GB variant. It also packs 32 GB of internal storage which is further expandable to 256 GB via microSD card.
The phone comes with a 16 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash module for low light photography. It supports features like geo-tagging, autofocus, touch focus, face detection, HDR, and panorama. The phone also packs an 8 MP front camera for selfies and video chat. Both front and rear cameras can shoot videos at 1080p at 30 frames per second.
The Lenovo K6 Note supports Dual SIM and can connect to 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE bands. It supports other connectivity options like Wi-Fi- Bluetooth and GPS as well. The phone has 3.5mm audio jack with FM radio support. It uses microUSB 2.0.
The Lenovo K6 Note runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow. The dimensions of the phone are 151 x 76 x 8.4 mm and it weighs 169 grams. It comes with non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery which can give 46 hours of talk time and 600 hours of standby time. The phone is packed with Fingerprint sensor on the back panel for quicker access to the phone and the apps. It also packs accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors for better user experience.
The phone comes with Dolby Atmos audio enhancement and also supports active noise cancellation with dedicated. It is preloaded with general Google apps like Chrome etc. and also packs document viewer and photo/video editor as well.
Lenovo has increased its penetration in the Indian mobile market too much extent in the last 1-2 years. The company has launched phones under Lenovo and Motorola brands which received a lot of enthusiasm by the users. At the moment, the company is competing with Samsung, Xiaomi, LG and Micromax in the Indian market.
