Nokia was the leader in mobile phone market around the world. Its global reach and vast customer base had created significant entry barriers for any new players. To boost the user’s confidence, Company has started rebranding its previous phones. Nokia users may get as series of good news later this month. In the coming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, you may expect to see many low budget smartphones from Nokia.
As per some earlier leaks, Nokia has planned to release three new budget phones at MWC 2017. These smartphones are Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and the iconic Nokia 3310 feature phone. Now, the recent leak tells us more about specs of Nokia 3 smartphone.
What do we know about Nokia 3?
If we trust on leaks, this smartphone is expected to focus on the entry level phone. As per the speculation, this specific model will sport the 5.2-inch display with HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixel). This device might run on Android 7.0 Nougat luckily.
Further leaks suggest this device may come with strong silicon chipset, Snapdragon 425 SoC (@1.4GHz). As per the latest information, this device will sport 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage with microSD support. On the Camera front, this device will have a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP selfie shooter just top of its display screen.
As we pointed our earlier, this is an entry level phone so that you can expect the low price. Recent speculation suggests that this smartphone will come with a price tag of around 149€.
The popularity of Nokia’s smartphone is increasing day by day. It would not be wrong to say that Nokia has brought the revolution in mobile phone market. Earlier, Nokia was famous for its low-budget feature-phone. Their feature phone were user-friendly and rough.
HMD global, a Finnish company that develops mobile devices under the “Nokia” brand name, is preparing to hold a press event during MWC and will announce a number of new phones. Nokia 3 phone is expected to focus and to be unveiled at this event too.
As per the report, Nokia 5 will cost around $211 (€199). Further speculation suggests, Nokia 5 may come with just 2GB of RAM, a 5.2-inch display with 720p resolution, and a rear camera of 12MP. The price difference between Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 will be around $53 (€50).
The most awaited phone is the modern version of Nokia 3310. This will cost about $63. This is also expected to unveil at the MWC later this month. Nearly 17 years after its initial launch, Nokia 3310 fans are still in love with this device.
