Statement by the officials

Vipin Pungalia who is the Director of Professional Segment at Sennheiser issued a statement on the launch of the headphones. He said that the company’s main aim is to provide out-of-the-world music experience to the customers. The HD 200 PRO has the capacity to step up the audio experience by leaps and bounds. The design of the headphones makes them a perfect combination of Sennheiser’s uncompromised sound, comfort, reliability and classy looks.

The company has also launched some other products at CES 2017 as well. These are HD 1 In-Ear Wireless, HD 4.50 Wireless, and HD 4.40 Wireless. Also, the new Ambeo Smart Surround earbuds with two microphones to record audio.

There are few big players in this field. Though the market is not small, the number of players who can actually develop good quality music equipment are less. Sennheiser has tough competition with companies like JBL, Sony and Bose in many different markets. Still, there are loyal customers who often prefer high-end products by the company.

In the past few years, the demand of noise canceling headphones has increased. The new professional headphones can tap into the market. As the price of the headphones is still affordable in comparison to the other professional headphones, it is a plus point for the device.
